Snowflake Solution Innovation Team (SIT)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Innovation Architect specialising in Analytics to join our Solution Innovation team, focused on supporting strategic field projects and designing/building advanced analytics solutions that empower organizations to gain actionable insights from their data.

Snowflake's Solution Innovation Team partners with customers to drive breakthrough analytics solutions and create repeatable and scalable innovations that transform how organizations leverage data. We work at the intersection of technology and business strategy to deliver high-impact analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

AS A SOLUTION INNOVATION ARCHITECT AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of analytics solutions, from ideation and development to production, with a strong emphasis on customer co-innovation to deliver repeatable value and actionable insights.

  • Drive data-driven innovation by partnering with customers to identify, develop, and operationalize analytics solutions that generate tangible business value and repeatable insights.

  • Serve as a thought leader in analytics, providing strategic guidance to customers on their analytics journey, along with external content like webinars, event presentations, and blog posts

  • Design and develop analytics solutions that drive AI-powered business intelligence capabilities

  • Build proofs-of-concept and prototypes to demonstrate solution value and scalability

  • Develop analytics engineering solutions that enable easy customer adoption and drive platform consumption

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute Snowflake's analytics strategy

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles

  • Proven expertise in at least one modern BI tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, Omni)

  • Experience in analytics engineering and developing reusable analytics frameworks

  • Strong product mindset with experience in solution development lifecycle

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Strong technical background in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Snowpark, Spark, Apache NiFi)

  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications

  • Industry vertical expertise

  • Track record of driving business value through data-driven solutions and operationalizing analytics

  • Cloud platform and/or SnowPro certifications are a plus
