About the Role 🌟

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Flinks, you'll sit at the critical intersection of strategy, digital marketing, and sales enablement. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product positioning, creating impactful messaging, and executing go-to-market strategies.

You'll be responsible for deeply understanding our clients, market trends, and competitive landscape—and translating those insights into messaging, positioning, and campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and client trust. Working closely with product, sales, customer success, you'll drive the success of major product launches and initiatives from end to end.

What you’ll be doing 🔥
  • Product Marketing Strategy - Develop deep customer insights, shape strategic positioning and messaging, and communicate product benefits effectively across marketing channels
  • Positioning & Messaging - Own product messaging and create impactful content for various channels including web copy, blogs, emails, and sales decks
  • Product Launches and Go-To-Market initiatives - Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market initiatives from initial strategy through to messaging, channel strategy, and effectiveness measurement, closely coordinating with Product, Sales, and CS teams
  • Campaign Management - Act as the central coordinator for integrated marketing campaigns, partnering closely with Demand Gen and content
  • Content Strategy & Creation - Partner closely with the content team to align product marketing and content strategies; proactively contribute content as needed
  • Sales Enablement - Develop internal resources including competitive battle cards, RFP responses, and compelling sales collateral to support the sales team's success
  • Market & Competitive Research - Conduct thorough market analysis to continuously refine our unique value propositions, ensuring Flinks' products stand out competitively
  • Lifecycle & Customer Marketing - Create tailored messaging and content for customer lifecycle campaigns and leverage customer success stories to bolster sales and marketing efforts
  • Modern Tooling & AI - Leverage modern marketing tools and AI-driven technologies to optimize content creation, sales enablement, and campaign execution
Who you are 💪
  • At least 7 years marketing experience, with 5 years in product marketing roles within SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software companies.
  • Demonstrable experience in positioning, messaging, product launches, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, able to create impactful short-form and long-form content.
  • Proven ability to deliver against expected outcomes leading complex, cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Proven hands-on CRM experience and analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or similar regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing technologies and AI tools for competitive intelligence, content creation, and workflow automation.
  • Early-stage or growth-stage startup experience (Seed to Series C).
